WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and functioning efficiently at all times. You will also be responsible for assembling furniture, organizing inventory, and performing other related tasks to support the staging team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all items are properly stored.
Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed, using tools and following instructions.
Inspect furniture for damage or wear and perform touch-up and repair work as needed.
Assist in the preparation of homes for staging by packing and unpacking furniture and accessories.
Prepare and load staging trucks to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries to job sites.
Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
Perform routine maintenance on any warehouse equipment.
Assist with various errands, including purchasing supplies and picking up materials as needed.
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Available to work 2-3 days per week.
Monday-Friday.
Able to work within 8am-2pm timeframe.
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years or older.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility and resourcefulness.
Experience with furniture assembly and repair preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driverβs license in the state of Hawaii.
Clean driving record.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as moving and carrying furniture, bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Our days are at times fast paced and we need partners that embrace that aspect of the business. We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet.
Hours vary, depending on what projects are happening and some weekend work may be required. We tend to be busy in spring and summer, but less busy in the fall and winter months.
We start every employee by having an initial trial period of one month. At the end of the trial period, we will assess if we are a good fit for each other.
